What if your Windows 7 becomes corrupt and fails to boot? Some computers today come with a pre-installed Windows Operating System and manufacturers sometimes don’t include Windows installation disk. It is then greatly recommended that users create a recovery disk as soon as possible and keep it in a safe place. In case your Windows 7 fails to boot, the recovery disk can help fix the problem.
To create a recovery disk for Windows 7, follow these steps:
1. Click Start orb and go to Control Panel. Select Back up your computer under the System and Security option.
2. Click on Create a system repair disc from the left sidebar. Finally select your CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW drive from the Create a system repair disc dialog window and hit Create Disc.
It will start creating a Recovery disc. Once complete, click OK, label it, and keep it in a safe location.
